Job Title: Maintenance Technician Job Description

• The primary focus of this role is troubleshooting electrical sensors, wires, pick and place systems, conveyors, and robotics, specifically Fanuc and Kuka
• The position involves working within automated cells, which include numerous pneumatic components, hoses, and wiring
• Responsibilities also include performing preventative maintenance, assisting with capital equipment installations, and occasionally conducting building and facilities maintenance

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and maintain electrical sensors, wiring, and robotics systems
• Perform preventative maintenance on automated machinery
• Assist in the installation of capital equipment
• Conduct maintenance on building and facilities as needed
• Handle pick and place systems, robotics, HMIs, automated lathes, conveyors, and paint equipment
• Troubleshoot electrical systems from 24 VDC to 3 phase 480
• Work with fully automated assembly lines

Essential Skills

• 3+ years of maintenance experience
• 3+ years of automated assembly equipment troubleshooting
• 3+ years of experience with pneumatics and hydraulics
• Electrical troubleshooting skills, including drop wire
• Willingness to learn and be trained

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $55000.00 - $70720.00/yr.
