Staff Accountant / Financial Analyst
Kforce's client, a growing organization, is seeking a Staff Accountant/Financial Analyst to join its finance team. This position offers flexibility with remote work arrangements; However, the candidate must be in West Michigan. This role offers generous PTO with flexible work environment. Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare journal entries and account reconciliations
- Support month-end close, budgeting, audits, and billing processes
- Analyze data from multiple systems and create meaningful reports
- Assist department leaders with budgets, financial reporting, and grant tracking
- Utilize Excel for reporting, pivot tables, and financial analysis
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred
- 3+ years of accounting experience
- General ledger and month-end close experience
- Strong Excel and analytical skills
