ResponsibilitiesCustomer Assistance: Provide prompt and courteous customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving issues efficiently.
Policy Management: Assist clients in understanding and managing their insurance policies, ensuring clarity and satisfaction.
Record Keeping: Accurately maintain and update customer records to reflect current information and interactions.
Complaint Resolution: Effectively manage and resolve customer complaints, ensuring a positive outcome and enhancing client relationships.
Follow-Up: Conduct timely follow-ups with clients to ensure their needs are met and service expectations are exceeded.
Feedback Collection: Gather customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and to enhance service quality.
RequirementsExperience: 1-2 years in a customer service role, preferably within the insurance industry.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a knack for empathy and active listening.
Problem-Solving: Strong analytical skills to effectively resolve client issues.
Customer Focused: A genuine interest in helping others and providing superior service.
CRM Proficiency: Familiarity with customer relationship management software is beneficial.
Teamwork: Ability to collaborate with different departments to resolve customer issues.
Detail-Oriented: Must have strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy and efficiency.
Reliability: Dependability and punctuality are essential.
