About The Role
- You'll be the person making sure that the customer is happy all the way from the initial call to job completion—this means you'll continually follow up with clients to get feedback, keep them in the loop, and ensure they are satisfied.
- Your mission is to coordinate all aspects of landscape projects and ensure smooth operations. You'll coordinate proactively with clients before, during, and after projects.
- You'll manage the calendar for the landscape department, using your organizational skills to coordinate with crews and clients.
- We'll look to you to ensure smooth communication between HR & finance, operations, sales, and clients.
- You'll use your attention to detail when ordering and coordinating materials, equipment, and labor for landscape projects.
- You'll invoice customers, track P&L, and analyze SPH (Sales per Hour) for landscape projects, applying your strong math skills.
- You'll monitor and ensure timely completion of paperwork, including warranty tracking and client reviews.
- You'll use LMN for project management and QuickBooks for invoicing and basic bookkeeping.
- You'll proactively notify clients of work start dates and coordinate the staging of materials for projects.
- You'll assist with the contract renewal process each year, ensuring customers have an excellent experience and explaining the ins and outs of what they're getting.
- After a job, you'll follow up with clients with Care Sheets, make sure they're satisfied with completed services, and encourage them to provide an online review.
Qualifications/Requirements
- Calendar management and/or scheduling experience
- Ability to communicate effectively and coordinate with various stakeholders
- Administrative support experience
- Operations experience
- Basic bookkeeping experience and strong math skills
- Experience using Quickbooks and LMN is a plus
- Proficient using computers and technology, particularly G-Suite and Google Sheets
- Construction experience is a plus but not required
- Spanish language proficiency is a plus!
