Salary Range: $89,000 - $135,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and facilitate continuous improvement projects utilizing Lean and Six Sigma methodologies.
• Identify and analyze process inefficiencies and performance gaps across manufacturing operations.
• Develop, implement, and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track CI project effectiveness.
• Provide training and coaching to employees on CI tools, principles, and problem-solving techniques.
• Drive a culture of continuous improvement, employee engagement, and operational excellence.
• Standardize best practices and ensure their consistent application throughout the production process.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement sustainable process improvements.

Recommended Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience leading continuous improvement initiatives in a manufacturing environment.
• Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification.
• Proven expertise in applying Lean methodologies (e.g., Value Stream Mapping, Kaizen, 5S) and Six Sigma tools.
• Strong project management skills with a track record of successfully implementing process improvements.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a data-driven approach to decision making.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations Management, or a related technical field.

Bonus Qualifications

• Master Black Belt certification.
• Certification in Change Management (e.g., Prosci, ADKAR).
• Experience integrating Industry 4.0 technologies (e.g., IoT, AI) into continuous improvement initiatives.
• Proficiency with advanced statistical software (e.g., Minitab, JMP) or process simulation tools.
