The Opportunity

As our Executive Chef, you will own the kitchen. You will blend culinary artistry with sharp operational hustle, pushing the boundaries of modern steakhouse dining while maintaining the flawless execution our discerning guests expect.

• Master the Operations: Implement bulletproof kitchen systems, champion immaculate food safety standards, and run a highly efficient, tight culinary operation.
• Drive Financial Success: Command inventory, manage food costs, and optimize labor budgets to maximize profitability while maintaining uncompromising luxury standards.

Who You Are

• Proven Leader: You bring 5+ years of elite culinary leadership as an Executive Chef or Chef de Cuisine in a high-volume, fine-dining steakhouse environment.
• Meat & Seafood Expert: You possess an exceptional palate and expert-level knowledge of prime butchery, meat aging, and premium seafood sourcing.
• High-Energy Catalyst: You thrive in fast-paced, high-stakes environments, bringing infectious energy, sharp problem-solving skills, and a collaborative spirit.
• Credentials: You hold a current ServSafe Certification or equivalent.
