Required Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED
• Minimum of 18 years of age
• Completion of a TB test as required by school district policies
• Ability to stand, walk, and assist with lifting when necessary
• Current required clearances or willingness to obtain prior to starting

Preferred Experience:

• Background in school environments, special education, behavioral health, or childcare
• Experience supporting students with special needs, autism, or behavioral challenges
• Credentials such as CPI, PMT, or RBT are a plus but not mandatory
• Reliable, patient, and able to collaborate effectively with a team
