Construction Project Manager/Estimator (Brighton)

The Company is currently looking for a Construction Project Manager/Estimator to join its team!

The Construction Project Manager/Estimator Position

The Construction Project Manager/Estimator is responsible for managing all aspects of a project including but not limited to, reviewing and submitting competitive bids, coordinating material take off, managing project budget and schedule, RFIs, etc., all the way through to project close out. This position is responsible for overall project success with the support from a financially strong and well-established Company.

The ideal candidate will need to be familiar with job costing, P&L statements, receivables & cashflow to complete projects on time and under budget. This position will also be expected to provide and accept feedback, welcome and adapt to change and challenge the status quo

Preferred Knowledge, Skills & Abilities of the Construction Project Manager/Estimator

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or related field is required
• 5+ years of Construction Project Management and/or Estimating is required
• Advanced experience with Excel, Microsoft Suite, HCSS Heavybid and Foundation Software is preferred
• Strong organization, communication, and interpersonal skills are required

The position is full-time and provides a competitive salary, medical benefits, paid time off, and a stable Company environment. This position reports directly to the Vice President and requires an in-office presence at Fonson Company, Inc.’s Brighton office.
