Salary Range: $129,000 - $180,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the overall P&L, budget, and financial performance of the manufacturing facility.

Recommended Qualifications

• Proven leadership experience managing complex manufacturing operations.
• Demonstrated expertise in P&L management and financial performance optimization.
• Strong background in implementing operational excellence methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma).
• Ability to develop and execute strategic plans to drive business growth and efficiency.
• Exceptional leadership and team-building skills, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.

Bonus Qualifications

• Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification
• Proficiency in a second language relevant to global supply chains or markets
• Experience implementing Industry 4.0 technologies (e.g., IoT, AI, advanced automation)
• Previous experience with M&A integration or divestitures
• Active participation in relevant industry associations or professional networks
