Responsibilities include: Ensuring medical, dental, and other needs are met; managing and documenting medication administration; handling medical appointments and follow-up documentation. Guiding and assisting with personal and medical care needs. Scheduling appointments to minimize conflicts; posting appointments on a reviewable calendar. Providing or instructing individuals supported by COC in various care aspects.
