Join Our Team as a Laboratory Technician!

AcroBlue Staffing is seeking a dedicated Laboratory Technician to support our dynamic team in a fast-paced, hands-on environment. If you have a keen eye for detail and enjoy working with cutting-edge laboratory equipment, we want to hear from you!

Hours are 7:00am-3:30pm or 8:00am - 4:30pm

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform essential laboratory tasks, including batch preparation, sample distribution, and maintenance.
• Execute quality control procedures and adhere to corporate and laboratory policies.
• Prepare records and manage electronic data with precision.
• Handle various chemicals, solvents, and reagents safely, using MSDS guidelines.
• Maintain a clean work area and ensure safety and health policies are followed.

Physical Demands:

• Lift and manipulate samples, ranging from 5 to 20 lbs.
• Stand for extended periods and work with organic solvents and chemicals.
• Wear safety glasses at all times in the lab.

Work Environment:

• Thrive in a fast-paced, smoke-free laboratory setting.
• Engage in hands-on work and contribute to a collaborative team atmosphere.

Required Qualifications:

• High school diploma.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Associate degree in physical science or equivalent laboratory experience.
• Familiarity with quality procedures and general laboratory equipment.
