Landscape Crew
ACE Outdoor Services is hiring a Landscape Crew Member in Burton, MI.
This is a hands-on outdoor position supporting commercial and residential landscape projects. Experience is preferred, but dependable applicants with a strong work ethic and willingness to learn will be considered.
$18–$19/hour based on experience
Full-time with year-round opportunities
Responsibilities:
- Assist with planting and landscape installations
- Perform trimming, mulching, bed preparation, and basic brickwork
- Safely operate handheld landscape equipment
- Load, unload, and move plants, materials, and equipment
- Maintain clean, safe, and professional job sites
- Follow instructions from crew leaders and supervisors
- Support other outdoor services as needed
Requirements:
- Dependable attendance and strong work ethic
- Ability to communicate and follow directions
- Team-oriented attitude
- Ability to safely lift and move 50–90 pounds
- Willingness to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Basic landscape knowledge preferred
- Two to three years of landscape experience (preferred)
- Valid driver’s license preferred
