You will use the latest tools and technology while adhering to safety and quality standards. This position requires a professional attitude, technical knowledge, and a strong commitment to customer service.Primary ResponsibilitiesAccurately troubleshoot and resolve customer vehicle concerns using current administrative and technical systemsMaintain courteous and professional interactions with all customersAssist as a secondary customer greeter in the Service Drive areaStay current with technical publications, Service Comm, and Asist terminal operationsDeliver safe and reliable vehicle service on the first attemptAddress all original customer concerns before suggesting additional salesInspect vehicles for maintenance needs according to factory and local recommendationsReturn vehicles in a clean or cleaner condition than upon arrivalParticipate in factory and in-house training programsComplete all required paperwork and attach necessary shop forms to repair orders accuratelyPerform other duties as assigned by Service Manager, Assistant Service Manager, or Group LeaderArrive on time, ready to work, and maintain a clean uniformCompensation and BenefitsFox Toyota of Rochester Hills offers competitive pay, health benefits, paid vacation, paid holidays, and a professional work environment.
