Rochester Hills – 2-Person Care Team Needed

We are looking for a 2-member caregiver team for a kind male client with dementia in Rochester Hills. He needs reassurance, redirection, companionship, and support with a few minor ADLs. Dementia experience is preferred. This is a long-term, consistent schedule .

Available Shifts:

• Mon, Tue, Wed, Fri, Sat, Sun: 3–7 PM

• Thu: 9 AM–1 PM

Caregiver Responsibilities

• Companionship & emotional support

• Light housekeeping, laundry, meal prep

• Dementia/Alzheimer’s care

• Personal care (bathing, dressing, toileting, hygiene)

• Safe transfers (gait belt, Hoyer lift – training provided)

• Transporting clients to errands & appointments

• Promoting safety, dignity, and comfort

Requirements

• Strong communication skills

• Able to lift 25 lbs. and perform physical tasks

• At least 18 years of age

• Valid driver’s license, insurance, and registration

• Mobile phone for scheduling

• Reliable and punctual

• Must pass background check

• TB test (can be completed after interview)
