Rehabilitation Care Technician – Brain Injury Rehabilitation Support

Novi, MI & Surrounding Communities
$17–$19 per Hour + Incentives & Bonuses
Full-Time (32+ Hours Weekly) | Overtime Opportunities Available

$3,500 Sign-On Bonus

• $1,000 after 90 days
• $2,500 after 180 days

We are currently seeking dedicated, compassionate, and dependable Rehabilitation Care Technicians to join our growing team.

No prior experience required. Paid training and certification are provided.

Position Overview

As a Rehabilitation Care Technician, you will work directly with individuals in AFC-licensed residential homes and semi-independent living programs, helping them develop daily living skills, maintain personal wellness, and achieve rehabilitation goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist individuals with personal care needs, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and hygiene
• Support daily routines and independent living skill development
• Prepare meals and assist with household tasks
• Monitor and support medication administration
• Transport individuals to appointments, community activities, and outings using company vehicles
• Provide encouragement, emotional support, and positive reinforcement
• Promote a safe, respectful, and person-centered environment

Available Shifts

• 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM
• 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM
• 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM
• 10:00 PM – 10:00 AM

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED
• Valid Michigan Driver's License with a good driving record
• CPR, First Aid, and CBIS certifications preferred but not required
• Experience in caregiving, rehabilitation services, direct support, patient care, or CNA roles is beneficial
