Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute IT strategies aligned with organizational goals to support business growth and operational efficiency.

• Manage all aspects of IT operations, including infrastructure, applications, and resources, while adhering to budgetary constraints.

• Lead and mentor a team of IT professionals, fostering collaboration and driving performance excellence.

• Oversee server and networking infrastructure to ensure optimal functionality, availability, and security.

• Implement robust cybersecurity measures to safeguard company data and mitigate potential threats.

• Design and test disaster recovery and business continuity plans to minimize downtime during disruptions.

• Procure, install, and maintain hardware and software to meet organizational needs.

• Provide comprehensive support for business applications, addressing technical issues and optimizing processes.

• Identify and implement technology solutions to improve workflows and enhance productivity.

• Act as a hands-on technical leader, assisting with complex technical tasks when necessary.

• At least 7 years of experience in IT management or a similar leadership role.

• Strong expertise in server administration and networking infrastructure, including Windows Server, virtualization, firewalls, and Wi-Fi.

• Proven experience implementing and maintaining cybersecurity measures to protect IT systems.

• Hands-on experience with ERP systems

• Demonstrated ability to support and troubleshoot business applications effectively.

• Exceptional leadership and communication skills, with a track record of managing and developing IT teams.

• Proficiency in IT project management and cross-functional collaboration.

• Preferred: Familiarity with formal project management methodologies and manufacturing industry practices
