Job Title: Drain Technician
Job Description

The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting plumbers in maintaining, repairing, and installing drainage and sewage systems. This includes inspecting, cleaning, and repairing pipes and sewers in various settings utilizing drain snakes, hydro jets, and other specialized equipment. This may also include working on different plumbing appliances, including sinks, toilets, bathtubs, and main sewer lines.

Responsibilities

• Assist plumbers with maintenance, repair, and installation of drainage and sewage systems.
• Inspect, clean, and repair pipes and sewers using specialized equipment.
• Work on plumbing appliances such as sinks, toilets, and bathtubs.
• Perform routine maintenance tasks as required.
• Provide excellent customer service when interacting with clients.

Essential Skills

• 2+ years of experience in the plumbing industry.
• Experience with routine maintenance tasks.
• Excellent customer service skills and professionalism.
• Valid driver’s license.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Backflow certification is a plus.

This is a Contract position based out of Livonia, Michigan.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $26.00/hr.
