Salary Range: $76,000 - $116,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain and ensure high availability of critical manufacturing systems (e.g., MES, SCADA, ERP, PLC networks).
• Rapidly diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network issues to minimize production downtime.
• Manage, secure, and monitor the factory floor network infrastructure and operational technology (OT) systems.
• Implement and enforce cybersecurity protocols for IT and OT environments to protect manufacturing data and intellectual property.
• Develop, test, and execute data backup and disaster recovery plans for critical manufacturing data and systems.
• Provide technical support and training to manufacturing personnel on system usage and best practices.
• Plan and execute system upgrades, patches, and deployments for both IT and OT applications and infrastructure.

Recommended Qualifications

• Extensive experience managing Windows Server environments (Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, GPO) and virtualization platforms (VMware, Hyper-V).
• Strong knowledge of network infrastructure (TCP/IP, VLANs, firewalls, switches) with an understanding of industrial network segmentation.
• Familiarity with industrial control systems (ICS), SCADA, PLCs, and manufacturing execution systems (MES).
• Proven ability to ensure high availability and reliability of critical IT and OT systems in a production environment.
• Experience implementing and maintaining cybersecurity best practices across IT and operational technology (OT) systems.
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills for complex hardware, software, and network issues.

Bonus Qualifications

• Experience supporting Operational Technology (OT) or Industrial Control Systems (ICS) environments.
• Familiarity with industrial networking protocols (e.g., Modbus, EtherNet/IP) or SCADA systems.
• Understanding of IT/OT cybersecurity best practices relevant to manufacturing.
• Experience with Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) or ERP integration in a production setting.
