Job Description

Join our team as an Machine Builder, where you will build a variety of small and large job shop products under the supervision of a manufacturing manager. This role includes opportunities for mentorship and training, allowing you to guide lower-level assemblers in their tasks. On-the-job training is provided as needed.

Responsibilities

• Perform manufacturing tasks with short deadlines.
• Ensure compliance with industry-specific requirements, standards, and specifications are met.
• Organize work area and parts bins for efficient assembly.
• Build using engineering drawings, customer specifications, and hand tools.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and functional work area and tools.
• Direct assemblers during the build process depending on level.
• Assemble technical components with very tight tolerances on fits.
• Properly use indicators and other measuring devices to ensure proper fit and alignment.
• Adhere to the schedule and ensure high-quality workmanship.

Essential Skills

• 3-5 years experience reading prints and building automated lines.
• Ability to work independently.
• Proficiency in using all hand tools.
• Solid knowledge of blueprint reading, assembly, and mechanical tasks.
• Experience in machine building, schematics, pneumatics, hydraulics, electrical assembly, and fabrication.

This is a Permanent position based out of Saginaw, MI.

The pay range for this position is $37400.00 - $58240.00/yr.

PTO upon hire, Medical, Dental, and Vision Benefits are offered on the first day of the next month after hire, 401(K) after 6 months

This is a fully onsite position in Saginaw,MI.

This position is anticipated to close on Mar 31, 2026.
