Salary Range: $58,000 - $90,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

We are collaborating with manufacturing firms in Montague that are seeking skilled Industrial Electricians. Key Responsibilities

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair industrial electrical systems, machinery, and equipment.
• Install, maintain, and upgrade electrical components, wiring, and control systems.
• Perform preventive maintenance on electrical infrastructure to ensure operational reliability.
• Interpret electrical schematics, blueprints, and technical manuals for system analysis and repair.
• Adhere strictly to all safety regulations, electrical codes (e.g., NFPA 70E, NEC), and company policies.
• Calibrate and repair instrumentation and control devices, including PLCs and VFDs.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and parts used.

Recommended Qualifications

• Journeyman Electrician license or equivalent provincial/state certification.
• 5+ years of experience as an Industrial Electrician in a manufacturing environment.
• Demonstrated proficiency in troubleshooting and programming PLCs (e.g., Allen-Bradley, Siemens).
• Expertise in motor control systems, variable frequency drives (VFDs), and industrial power distribution.
• Thorough understanding and strict adherence to electrical safety codes (e.g., NFPA 70E) and Lockout/Tagout procedures.

Bonus Qualifications

• Experience with PLC programming and advanced diagnostics
• Proficiency in robotics electrical systems troubleshooting and maintenance
• Certification or experience with high voltage (HV) systems
• Experience with instrumentation and control (I&C) calibration and troubleshooting
