Maintenance Technician
Electrical & Technical Expertise
Power Systems: Proficiency in installing and troubleshooting 120V/208V, 277V, and 480V 3-Phase systems.
Diagnostics: Mastery of a Multi-Volt Meter and the ability to interpret complex drawings, schematics, and blueprints.
Preferred Skills: Experience troubleshooting PLCs and Variable Frequency Drives (VFDs).
Mechanical & Industrial Skills
Equipment: Hands-on experience with hydraulic, pneumatic, and mechanical systems in a heavy industrial manufacturing environment.
Maintenance: Performance of both preventive and predictive maintenance schedules.
Fabrication: Ability to weld and fabricate parts as necessary.
Facilities: Competency in industrial plumbing and general building maintenance.
Tools & Physical Requirements
Equipment Operation: Proficiency with standard hand and power tools.
Personal Tools: You are required to provide your own basic tools and toolbox.
General Qualifications
Education: High school diploma or GED.
Soft Skills: Strong oral/written communication, organizational skills, and computer literacy.
