Salary Range: $94,000 - $141,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain the Quality Management System (QMS) to ensure compliance with ISO standards and regulatory requirements.
• Lead internal and external quality audits, including supplier and customer audits, driving corrective and preventive actions.
• Manage the Non-Conformance and Corrective and Preventive Action (CAPA) processes, ensuring effective resolution of quality issues.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives and projects to enhance product quality and process efficiency.
• Oversee all quality control activities, including incoming material inspection, in-process checks, and final product release.
• Recruit, train, and manage the quality assurance team, fostering a culture of quality throughout the organization.
• Analyze quality data and metrics, providing regular reports on quality performance and trends to management.

Recommended Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related technical field.
• 5+ years of progressive experience in quality management within a manufacturing environment.
• Strong knowledge and practical application of Quality Management Systems (e.g., ISO 9001, IATF 16949).
• Proficiency in quality tools and methodologies such as SPC, FMEA, RCA, and Lean Six Sigma.
• Proven leadership skills with experience managing and developing quality teams.

Bonus Qualifications

• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification.
• Experience with enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
• Certified Lead Auditor for ISO 9001 or relevant industry standards (e.g., IATF 16949, AS9100).
• Proficiency in statistical software for quality analysis (e.g., Minitab, JMP).
