Summary

Join a well-established community behavioral health organization dedicated to improving the lives of adults and families through high-quality mental health services. We're seeking an experienced licensed mental health professional to lead an Adult Outpatient Mental Health program in a collaborative, patient-centered environment.

Compensation & Schedule

• Pay: $35.60-$48.17/hour (based on licensure and experience)
• Employment Type: Full-Time, Permanent
• Schedule:
• • Monday-Thursday: 8:30 AM-7:00 PM
  • Friday: 8:30 AM-5:00 PM
• Flexible scheduling available
• Occasional evening/weekend coverage as needed
• 37.5-hour work week
• Mileage reimbursement for approved travel

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical and administrative leadership for an Adult Outpatient Mental Health program.
• Supervise clinicians and support quality behavioral health services.
• Provide clinical guidance, case consultation, and staff support.
• Ensure compliance with agency, state, and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, or Psychology (Required)
• Active Michigan LMSW, LPC, or LLP license (Full License Required)
• Minimum 3 years of experience treating adults with mental health and/or substance use disorders
• Community Mental Health experience strongly preferred
• Experience providing individual, family, and group therapy
• Strong leadership, organizational, communication, and crisis management skills
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
