Full-Time/Part-Time Leader for Lawn and Snow

Must have updated Chauffeur's License, and able to manage up to an 8 person crew. Must have 2 years experience in running a crew, and longer mowing, edging, weeding, and exc., along with great verbal skill. Communication with multiple people (Office/Owner/other Crew Leaders/Customers/Employees), good driving record. Must be willing to work 11-12 hour shift during the summer months and Winter hours vary. If it rains during the summer months must be willing to work weekends. You will need to be a fast learner, when it comes to proper paperwork and learning how Becker's quality of work might vary from previous jobs. We do not allow smoking, vaping, or chewing while on the clock you are able to while on your lunch/breaks.
