Salary Range: $48,000 - $71,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Process vendor invoices, ensuring accurate coding and approval for manufacturing expenses.
• Generate and distribute customer invoices for manufactured goods and services.
• Apply customer payments to outstanding invoices and resolve cash application discrepancies.
• Execute weekly payment runs for vendors, including EFTs and check disbursements.
• Perform regular reconciliations of vendor statements, customer accounts, and general ledger accounts.
• Monitor and initiate collections for overdue customer accounts and resolve payment issues.
• Maintain accurate vendor and customer master data within the ERP system.
• Assist with month-end closing activities related to accounts payable and receivable.

Recommended Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in Accounts Payable and/or Accounts Receivable.
• Demonstrated experience within a manufacturing or production environment.
• Proficiency with ERP accounting software (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and advanced Microsoft Excel.
• Solid understanding of general accounting principles and meticulous attention to detail.
• Proven ability to manage high-volume transactions and meet deadlines.
• Excellent communication skills for effective vendor and customer interactions.

Bonus Qualifications

• Experience with a manufacturing-specific ERP system (e.g., SAP, Epicor, Infor).
• Basic understanding of manufacturing cost accounting principles.
• Experience with multi-currency transactions or international vendors/customers.
• Demonstrated ability to identify and implement process improvements in AP/AR workflows.
