Job Description:

About the Role:

The Littleford Blender Operator at the Wayland location provides support to the Production team, driving and supporting key initiatives to improve performance throughout the plant. You’ll add value to this role by performing various functions including, but not limited to:

• Be able to learn to operate lift trucks in a safe and efficient manner.
• Ability to weigh ingredients using Metric/American weigh conversion. With the ability to accurately perform basic Quality Control testing for the department.
• Must be able to accurately follow blending sequence and maintain blending efficiencies.
• Must demonstrate the ability to legibly and accurately complete all associated record keeping necessary for the Pharmaceutical Industry.
• Must comply with the requirements defined within the contents of the GMP’S, Hazard Analysis Critical Control Points (HACCP), LOTO procedures, and foods safety programs established by TreeHouse Foods.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Important Details:

This is a full-time position, working Monday thru Friday on 1st shift.

• 1st shift operates 8am to 4pm

About You:

• Demonstrated experience following instructions/process documents and providing effective communication, both verbal and written
• Experience with operating a sit-down forklift
• The ability to work overtime and weekends
