Job Description

A client of Insight Global is looking for a Business Analyst to join their team.

$45/hr - $53/hr

Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education. Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401K retirement account access with employer matching. Employees in this role are also entitled to paid sick leave and/or other paid time off as provided by applicable law.

Skills and Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in:

? Requirements elicitation and documentation (BRDs, FRDs, user stories)

? Process mapping (BPMN, flowcharts)

? Gap analysis and solution design

? Stakeholder management and communication

? Agile and/or Waterfall methodologies

• Experience with LIMS platforms (e.g., Clinisys, STARLIMS, Labware)

• Understanding of system integrations (APIs, HL7, ETL processes), SQL and basic database concepts, and data analysis and reporting tools (Power BI & Tableau)

• Understanding of laboratory workflows:

? Sample lifecycle (login, testing, reporting)

? Instrument integration

? Quality control processes

• 8+ years of experience with data migration and system implementation projects

• 8+ years of creating training plans and materials

• Experience with Azure DevOps

Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or Biology, Chemistry, or related laboratory science (with IT experience)
