We are seeking a Client Services Coordinator to support client communication and coordination in a remote environment. This role focuses on organizing details, managing timelines, and ensuring a smooth and professional experience throughout the planning process.

Key Responsibilities
- Serve as a primary point of contact for client communication
- Coordinate schedules, confirmations, and planning details
- Support logistics related to events, meetings, and client arrangements
- Communicate with vendors and service providers to confirm details
- Maintain accurate records, timelines, and documentation
- Collaborate with team members to ensure projects stay on track
Qualifications

- Strong communication and organizational skills

- Ability to manage multiple priorities
- Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
- Basic proficiency with online tools (email, scheduling, Google Workspace)
