???? Job Summary

Quickparts seeks a dedicated Injection Molding Materials Handler to ensure the safe and efficient handling, staging, and delivery of raw materials, resins, and supplies to support injection molding operations. In this role, you'll maintain proper machine supply and material flow to meet production schedules while upholding the highest standards of safety and quality. ???? Key Responsibilities

1. Material Transport & Management

• Transport raw materials, colorants, and additives to and from molding machines efficiently and safely.
• Load and unload material hoppers and dryers, ensuring proper setup and accurate labeling.
• Monitor material levels continuously and replenish as needed to prevent production downtime.

2. Equipment Maintenance & Operations

• Clean and maintain material handling equipment, including grinders, dryers, and loaders.
• Perform material changes and purge machines as required to maintain quality standards.
• Assist with mold changes and machine setups as needed to support production goals.

3. Inventory & Quality Assurance

• Maintain accurate inventory records and assist with cycle counts for material tracking.
• Communicate with production and quality teams to ensure material specifications are consistently met.
• Follow all safety procedures and wear appropriate PPE at all times.

???? Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Previous experience in a manufacturing or plastics environment preferred.
• Familiarity with injection molding processes and materials handling equipment.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic math and computer skills for inventory management and record keeping.
• Forklift certification is a plus.
• Shipping and receiving clerical experience a plus.
