Job Title: Sales Representative - Outdoor Equipment Sales, Parts and Service.

Location: Ray, MI

Position Summary: As a Sales Representative at Outdoor Equipment Co. , you will play a key role in helping customers select the perfect outdoor equipment for their needs. You will leverage your knowledge of our product offerings to provide exceptional customer service, build lasting relationships, and drive sales growth. You'll work in a supportive, team-oriented environment with opportunities for personal and professional growth.

Responsibilities:

• Assist customers in selecting the best product to meet their needs.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with both new and existing customers.
• Cold call prospective businesses.
• Provide product information, demonstrations, and guidance on financing options.
• Meet and exceed individual sales goals while contributing to team success.
• Process sales transactions, including invoicing and ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Stay informed on the latest product features, industry trends, and company promotions.
• Collaborate with the service and parts teams to ensure customers' needs are met throughout the sales and ownership experience.
• Represent Outdoor Equipment Co. at outdoor events, shows, and other promotional activities when needed.

Qualifications:

• Previous sales experience, preferably in outdoor equipment, automobiles, or related industries.
• Knowledge of outdoor equipment, including mowers, tractors, motorcycles, ATVs, boats, and jet skis is highly desirable.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated with a passion for providing excellent customer service.
• Ability to work well both independently and as part of a team.
• Familiarity with basic computer systems, POS software, and inventory management is a plus.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• A positive, can-do attitude with a desire to grow and succeed.
