Being part of the management team at Chicken Shack, you are responsible for the daily operations of the restaurant, including appearance of the store and each customers experience.

Experience in this field or not, we can work with you and help you achieve your goal of becoming the most efficient an respectable manager you can be.

The ideal candidate will possess great leadership qualities, multitasking skills in terms of being able to handle the loads associated with a high paced environment , ability to train your staff, and most importantly keeping everyone motivated to work together and service every customer as you would like to be treated.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate all daily operations
• Positive leadership
• Hiring, Training
• Assisting team on major holidays (Christmas Eve, Super-Bowl, Mothers Day, Fathers Day)

​ Qualifications:

• Previous experience in food service or other related fields
• Strong leadership qualities
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent written and communication skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Positive attitude (contagious)

This is not your typical fast food establishment, this is a fast paced family dining experience and all your food is cooked to order.
