Metrics Development & Reporting: - Lead the definition, implementation, and monitoring of key supplier performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics within the application. - Design, generate, and present comprehensive reports and dashboards on supplier performance trends, risks, and improvement initiatives to management and cross-functional teams. - Utilize data analytics and statistical tools to identify areas for improvement and support data-driven decision-making. Team Leadership & Development: - Supervise, mentor, and develop a team of specialists or analysts focused on supplier metrics and application support. - Set clear performance goals, provide regular feedback, and conduct performance reviews for direct reports. - Prioritize team workload and ensure efficient allocation of resources to meet departmental objectives. - Foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement within the team, encouraging the adoption of best practices in data management and supplier quality. Supplier Technical Assistance Integration: - Work closely with the STA team to understand their data and application needs, translating business requirements into technical solutions within the metrics application. - Support STA engineers in leveraging application data for root cause analysis, corrective action planning, and supplier development programs. - Facilitate the use of the application to track progress on supplier improvement initiatives and validate their effectiveness. Process Improvement & Compliance: - Identify opportunities for process and system improvements to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of supplier performance monitoring. - Ensure the metrics application and associated processes comply with internal quality standards, industry regulations (e.g., ISO, IATF), and company policies. **You'll have...** Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, Information Technology, Supply Chain Management, or a related technical field.
