Position Overview
Join us in the summer of 2026 and help us continue the legacy of fostering creativity, nurturing talent, and celebrating the individual artistic journey at Interlochen. We are seeking detail-oriented and organized Travel Assistants who embody our core values and are committed to nurturing young artists. As a Travel Assistant, you'll play a major role in supporting the seamless coordination of travel plans, ensuring all transportation logistics run smoothly during travel weekends, while fully immersing yourself in the unique environment that only a summer camp can offer.
What You Get To Do
- Processes travel plans for students & guests
- Maintains daily records/logs
- Scheduling of student/staff transportation
- Must be flexible with schedule during travel weekends
- Tracks and monitors student travel and transportation
- Responsible for paperwork as needed
- Other duties as assigned

This is a seasonal position located in Interlochen, Michigan. Housing is not included for this position , and employees are responsible for arranging their own accommodations.
What You Need
- Availability 6/7/2026 - 8/16/2026
- Must be able to solve problems both operationally and organizationally
- Must be able to articulate thought both in writing and verbally
- Must be able to manage Transportation and communication systems
- Must be flexible with scheduling during travel weekends
- High School Diploma/GED preferred
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Ability to accept responsibility and work without supervision
