Job Opportunity: Moving & Relocation Crew
We are seeking energetic and reliable individuals to join our team as Moving Helpers (also referred to as Relocation Assistants or Loading and Unloading Specialists ). This role is perfect for those who enjoy physical work and helping people transition into their new homes or offices.
Role Responsibilities
- Loading & Unloading: Carefully pack, move, and unpack boxes and furniture from moving trucks or storage units.
- Safety First: Ensure all items are handled with care and follow proper lifting techniques.
- Teamwork: Coordinate with other crew members to maximize efficiency during a move.
Requirements
- Immediate Availability: Must be able to start working ASAP .
- Physical Stamina: Must be able to lift 50 lbs or more consistently throughout the day.
- Professional Presentation: Must be hygienic, clean-shaven, and smell fresh for all client interactions.
- Flexibility: This is an on-call position . You must be reachable and available to pick up shifts as move volumes fluctuate.
- Reliability: Punctuality is essential; our clients depend on us being on time.
Compensation
- Starting Pay: $15/hour
- Tips: All tips received are split evenly amongst the crew .
