Position Overview: We are looking for a motivated professional to join our team and take our sales to the next level! $10,000.00 Signing Bonus for first two hires for this position. Qualifications:
- Residential home improvement sales experience, closing two million or more annually
- Experience building rapport through open-ended questions
- One-Call Closer with an allergy to maybe
- Goal-driven, self-motivated, and results-oriented
- Conduct sales appointments for Bathroom Remodeling Services
- Close high-value sales effectively, maintaining a 40% net closing rate
- Leveraging company software and sales process to increase interest during visit
- Accurately report results immediately after each appointment
- Competitive compensation with significant earning potential
