What You’ll Do:
- Clean and maintain public areas, restrooms, fitness spaces, and guest-request areas to brand standards
- Wash, dry, fold, and stock linens and ensure housekeeping has enough supplies for each shift
- Deliver items to guest rooms and assist with late checkouts as needed
- Handle minor maintenance tasks (light bulbs, touch-up painting, basic plumbing/HVAC troubleshooting)
- Record and track maintenance issues using Quore and communicate updates to leadership
- Respond to guest requests and concerns in a timely, professional manner
- Keep storage and laundry areas clean, stocked, and organized
Who You Are:
- Friendly, guest-focused, and professional in appearance and attitude
- Reliable with flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Safety-minded and comfortable working with cleaning chemicals and equipment
- Physically able to stand/walk for extended periods and lift 30+ lbs
- Comfortable using basic computer systems for logging work and communication
