Salary Range: $129,000 - $180,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Manage overall plant operations, ensuring production efficiency, quality, and on-time delivery.
• Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve financial targets (P&L responsibility) and drive business growth.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
• Oversee budget development and cost control initiatives to optimize resource utilization and profitability.
• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations, quality standards, and environmental policies.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives, including Lean Manufacturing principles, across all operational areas.
• Collaborate with sales, R&D, and supply chain teams to align production capabilities with market demands and customer needs.

Recommended Qualifications

• Proven P&L management and strong financial acumen within a manufacturing environment.
• Extensive experience in strategic planning, operational execution, and business development.
• Demonstrated expertise in Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or other continuous improvement methodologies.
• Strong leadership skills with a track record of building, developing, and motivating high-performing teams.
• Deep understanding of manufacturing processes, supply chain management, and quality systems.

Bonus Qualifications

• Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification
• Fluency in a second language relevant to global operations or workforce demographics
• Experience with advanced manufacturing technologies (e.g., Industry 4.0, automation, AI)
• Demonstrated success in leading sustainability or ESG initiatives
• Prior experience in M&A integration or divestiture processes
