Salary Range: $67,000 - $101,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Optimize manufacturing processes for efficiency, cost reduction, and quality improvement.
• Troubleshoot production issues and implement corrective actions to minimize downtime.
• Design, develop, and implement new manufacturing processes and equipment.
• Analyze process data and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
• Develop and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and process documentation.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives using methodologies like Lean and Six Sigma.
• Ensure all processes comply with safety, environmental, and quality standards.

Recommended Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Chemical, Mechanical, or Industrial Engineering.
• 2+ years of experience in process engineering within a manufacturing environment.
• Strong understanding of process optimization, control systems (DCS/PLC), and P&IDs.
• Proven ability to apply problem-solving methodologies and root cause analysis.
• Familiarity with continuous improvement principles (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma).

Bonus Qualifications

• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification
• Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Python, R, SQL, Power BI)
• Experience with specific Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) or SCADA platforms
• Project management experience or PMP certification
• Experience with process simulation software (e.g., Aspen HYSYS, Arena)
