The Opportunity

Key Responsibilities

• Source, screen, and interview candidates for a range of manufacturing roles, including production, skilled trades, and engineering.
• Collaborate closely with manufacturing hiring managers to define job requirements and develop recruitment strategies.
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from requisition to offer, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
• Utilize various sourcing channels, including job boards, social media, and local community outreach, to attract manufacturing talent.
• Conduct pre-employment assessments and coordinate background checks relevant to industrial environments.
• Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment activity within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
• Provide market insights and compensation recommendations for manufacturing positions.

Recommended Qualifications

• Proven experience recruiting for diverse manufacturing roles (e.g., production, engineering, skilled trades, operations).
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, terminology, and talent market dynamics.
• Demonstrated ability to source and attract passive candidates for hard-to-fill technical and skilled trade positions.
• Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruiting software.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with candidates and hiring managers.

Bonus Qualifications

• Familiarity with common manufacturing processes, equipment, or skilled trades.
• Experience recruiting for unionized workforces or specific skilled labor roles.
• Proficiency with HRIS/ATS platforms prevalent in large manufacturing (e.g., SAP SuccessFactors, Workday).
