Business Analyst - Data Engineering

Job Description

An Insight Global customer in the Global Quick Service Restaurant industry is in immediate need of a Mid-Senior level Business Analyst who has experience working on Data Engineering, ETL, and AI/ML Data Science projects. This person will work alongside Delivery Managers and Developers mainly and will have a crucial role in gathering, flushing out, and documenting requirements from a modeling perspective. This role will be onsite 4 days a week (M-Th) onsite in their Ann Arbor based headquarters.

Compensation Range: $40/hr to $45/hr

Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.

Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching. Skills and Requirements

• 3+ years experience working as a Business Analyst

• 3+ years experience working on Data Engineering projects

• Strong experience with gathering, refining, and documenting requirements

• Strong experience working alongside Project Managers, Program Managers, Data Scientists and Developers in a fast paced, technical environment

• Strong experience working with ETL tools such as (Databricks, Informatica, or Talend)

• Strong experience working with SQL - Cloud experience specifically Azure

• Bachelors degree in a related field
