Key Responsibilities

• Direct and optimize daily manufacturing operations to meet production targets and quality standards.
• Implement and monitor operational strategies to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve productivity.
• Lead, mentor, and develop production teams, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and accountability.
• Oversee inventory management, supply chain coordination, and logistics to ensure material availability and timely delivery.
• Ensure strict adherence to safety protocols, quality control measures, and regulatory compliance.
• Manage operational budgets, identify areas for cost reduction, and optimize resource allocation.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives using methodologies like Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma.

Recommended Qualifications

• Minimum 5-7 years of progressive experience in manufacturing operations management.
• Proven track record of leading and developing high-performing production teams.
• Strong understanding and application of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or other continuous improvement methodologies.
• Demonstrated ability to manage production planning, scheduling, and inventory control to meet output targets.
• Experience with ERP systems for production management and data analysis.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.

Bonus Qualifications

• Lean Six Sigma Green or Black Belt certification
• Experience with specific ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics)
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
• Familiarity with Industry 4.0 concepts and advanced automation technologies
