Administrative Assistant

As part of this exciting transition, we are actively looking for a full-time administrative assistant.
Shift Monday - Friday, 9am - 5pm

Responsibilities
- Responsible for all aspects of the community’s front desk
- Answers the community phone and directs calls appropriately
- Provides resources to the community members
- Directs visitors appropriately
- Cleans common areas
- Communicates with residents and family regarding mail and package delivery
- Enter invoices into Yardi
- Create employee name badges
- Assist with ordering and gathering supplies
- Makes adjustments as needed in electronic timekeeping system
- Supports Executive Director
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Proficient with technology (intermediate computer skills)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Ability to multitask
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Must be able to effectively communicate and document in English
- Must pass a criminal background check
- Must have a current TB test and Physical (if required by the position)
