We're looking for an energetic, people-obsessed Regional Manager to lead multiple drive-thru coffee stands for one of the fastest-scaling franchise organizations in the country. Compensation: $80,000–$85,000 base | Performance bonus | Medical, dental & vision | 401(k) with company match | PTO | Clear growth path as the organization scales
The Opportunity
This is not a caretaker role. You'll be stepping into a ground-floor leadership position with a franchise group on a mission to build a large, multi-state enterprise — and you'll help build it. You'll lead multiple stand locations, coach Stand Managers, drive operational excellence, and develop the internal talent pipeline that powers the next stage of growth. The systems, the people, and the culture you build here will define this brand's long-term success.
What You'll Do
- Lead, coach, and develop multiple Stand Managers and their teams to consistently hit performance goals
- Spend meaningful time in the stands — coaching, observing, training, and staying connected to front-line operations
- Empower managers to control labor costs while delivering top-tier speed and guest experience
- Drive consistent operational execution across all locations including maintenance, inspections, and safety compliance
- Own the numbers — analyze P&L statements, KPIs, and reporting tools to drive profitability and efficiency
- Build the internal leadership bench and develop talent pipelines to support continued growth
- Collaborate with senior leadership to roll out new initiatives and communicate key directives to the field
- Hold your teams accountable to the brand's culture, mission, and values in every single interaction
What You Bring
- 2+ years of multi-unit leadership experience in QSR, coffee, or drive-thru operations
- Proven ability to build, coach, and scale high-performing teams of 40+ team members
- Strong expertise in labor modeling, scheduling, inventory, and maintenance
- Ability to interpret and communicate P&L data and performance analytics with confidence
- Clear, candid communicator who leads through positivity, empowerment, and example
- Adaptable, resourceful, and solution-oriented — able to manage competing priorities under pressure
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and POS/back-office systems
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Hospitality, or a related field preferred
Schedule & Travel
This role requires a flexible schedule — early mornings (as early as 5 a.m.), late nights (up to 11:30 p.m.), weekends, and holidays are part of the territory. Regular stand presence required; travel up to 75% within the market.
