Salary Range: $82,000 - $127,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement industrial automation solutions and control systems.
• Program and configure Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs), Human-Machine Interfaces (HMIs), and SCADA systems.
• Integrate and optimize robotic systems for various manufacturing processes and tasks.
• Develop and deploy machine vision applications for quality inspection, guidance, and defect detection.
• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve complex automation system malfunctions and performance issues.
• Collaborate with production, maintenance, and engineering teams to define automation requirements and specifications.
• Conduct system testing, validation, and commissioning of new or modified automation equipment.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation for automation designs, code, procedures, and system configurations.

Recommended Qualifications

• Proficiency in PLC programming (e.g., Allen-Bradley, Siemens) and troubleshooting.
• Experience with HMI/SCADA system design, configuration, and maintenance.
• Knowledge of industrial robotics (e.g., Fanuc, Kuka, ABB) and motion control systems.
• Strong understanding of industrial networking protocols (e.g., Ethernet/IP, Profinet).
• Ability to design and implement machine vision and sensor-based automation solutions.

Bonus Qualifications

• Experience with industrial vision systems (e.g., Cognex, Keyence)
• Proficiency with MES or database integration (e.g., SQL, Historian)
• Familiarity with simulation software or digital twin technologies
• Understanding of industrial cybersecurity principles for OT networks
