• Estimated Weekly Salary: $2210–$2370 per week

Psychiatric Registered Nurse Qualifications

• Active and unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Minimum 1 year of recent experience in psychiatric nursing or mental health care
• BLS certification (preferred)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary healthcare team

Psychiatric RN Responsibilities

• Deliver compassionate, evidence-based nursing care to patients with mental health conditions
• Administer medications and monitor patient responses in a psychiatric setting
• Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans
• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and document clinical progress
• Provide patient and family education, crisis intervention, and emotional support
• Maintain a safe, therapeutic environment in accordance with healthcare standards
