Salary Range: $98,000 - $145,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive supply chain strategies to optimize efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
• Manage supplier relationships, negotiate contracts, and oversee procurement of raw materials and components.
• Optimize inventory levels across the manufacturing process to minimize holding costs and prevent stockouts.
• Oversee inbound and outbound logistics, warehousing, and transportation to ensure timely delivery of goods.
• Collaborate with production, sales, and engineering teams to align supply chain operations with manufacturing schedules.
• Monitor key supply chain performance indicators (KPIs) and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
• Identify and mitigate supply chain risks, including supplier disruptions, quality issues, and geopolitical factors.

Recommended Qualifications

• Proven experience managing end-to-end supply chain operations within a manufacturing environment.
• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related technical field.
• Strong proficiency with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and supply chain planning software.
• Demonstrated expertise in inventory management, procurement strategies, and logistics optimization.
• Excellent analytical, negotiation, and leadership skills with a focus on problem-solving.
• Understanding of lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies.

Bonus Qualifications

• Lean Six Sigma Green or Black Belt certification
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
• Proficiency with advanced data visualization and business intelligence tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau)
• Experience with global trade compliance and customs regulations
• Familiarity with Industry 4.0 technologies and digital supply chain transformation
