Salary Range: $103,000 - $150,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily manufacturing operations, ensuring production targets, quality standards, and delivery schedules are met.
• Develop and implement operational strategies, policies, and procedures to optimize efficiency and productivity.
• Lead, mentor, and manage production teams, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and accountability.
• Monitor and manage operational budgets, identify cost reduction opportunities, and control resource allocation.
• Implement and champion lean manufacturing principles and other continuous improvement initiatives to reduce waste and enhance processes.
• Ensure strict adherence to safety regulations, quality control standards, and environmental compliance across all operations.
• Collaborate with supply chain, engineering, and sales teams to align production with demand and strategic objectives.

Recommended Qualifications

• Proven experience managing manufacturing operations and production teams.
• Strong understanding of Lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies.
• Proficiency with ERP systems and data analysis for operational insights.
• Demonstrated ability to manage budgets, control costs, and optimize resource allocation.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills in a fast-paced production environment.

Bonus Qualifications

• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification
• Proven experience with ERP system implementation or optimization (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics)
• Demonstrated experience in automation integration or advanced manufacturing technologies
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
