Salary Range: $91,000 - $138,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage continuous improvement projects using Lean Six Sigma methodologies.
• Identify and analyze process inefficiencies and waste across manufacturing operations.
• Develop, implement, and sustain effective improvement strategies and solutions.
• Provide training and coaching on continuous improvement tools and principles to employees.
• Monitor, track, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to improvement initiatives.
• Facilitate Kaizen events and workshops to drive rapid process improvements.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement and problem-solving throughout the organization.

Recommended Qualifications

• Extensive experience (5+ years) driving continuous improvement initiatives within a manufacturing environment.
• Proven expertise in Lean manufacturing principles and methodologies (e.g., Kaizen, 5S, Value Stream Mapping).
• Six Sigma Black Belt certification.
• Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage complex improvement projects.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach to identify root causes and implement solutions.

Bonus Qualifications

• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
• Proficiency with advanced statistical software (e.g., Minitab, JMP)
• Experience applying formal change management methodologies (e.g., Prosci, ADKAR)
• Demonstrated experience integrating Industry 4.0 or Smart Factory concepts into CI initiatives
