Responsibilities and Expectations:

• Provide expert maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair on a wide variety of residential plumbing systems according to local codes and company standards.

• Deliver an exceptional, high-quality customer experience in line with our 100% customer satisfaction guarantee.

• Utilize advanced troubleshooting skills to accurately diagnose issues and clearly present repair and upgrade options to customers.

• Maintain a professional, approachable demeanor, ensuring customers feel respected and appreciated.

• Efficiently utilize tablets and similar technology to process customer data and service information onsite.

• Actively participate in the company’s supportive environment, continuing to build knowledge and experience.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3+ years of residential plumbing service experience is required.

• Valid Journeyman’s license is required

• Valid driver's license and an insurable driving record.

• Must be able to pass drug and background screens.

• Solid knowledge of local plumbing codes as they apply to residential service.

• Exceptional customer care focus and a desire to educate customers on their options.

• Ability to use tablets and similar technology - Service Titan experience is a plus

• Earn $37 - $47 per hour plus commission with OTE of $70,000-$100,000
