Salary Range: $75,000 - $109,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

We are collaborating with manufacturing firms in Allendale that are seeking skilled Quality Engineers. Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement quality control plans and procedures for manufacturing processes.
• Conduct root cause analysis for non-conformances and implement effective corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
• Monitor and analyze manufacturing process data using statistical tools (e.g., SPC, MSA) to identify trends and areas for improvement.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives to reduce defects, improve yield, and enhance product reliability.
• Support new product introduction (NPI) by ensuring quality requirements are met from design to production launch.
• Collaborate with suppliers to ensure incoming materials and components meet specified quality standards.
• Investigate customer complaints and drive resolution through cross-functional teams.

Recommended Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related technical field
• 3+ years of experience in quality engineering within a manufacturing environment
• Proficiency with core quality tools and methodologies (e.g., FMEA, SPC, MSA, Root Cause Analysis)
• Strong understanding of quality management systems (e.g., ISO 9001)
• Demonstrated ability to perform statistical analysis and interpret data for process improvement

Bonus Qualifications

• Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification
• Proficiency with statistical analysis software (e.g., Minitab, JMP)
• Experience conducting internal or external quality system audits
• ASQ Certified Quality Engineer (CQE) certification
• Familiarity with Design of Experiments (DOE) methodologies
